Walk-in short consultations

The "Solidaritätsnetz Ostschweiz" has been committed to helping refugees in the region since 2004. As part of an open consultation hour, we now also offer short consultations for all people who are looking for support or need information, regardless of their residence status.

 

These last a maximum of 20 minutes and do not require registration. We provide information on the various areas of everyday life and advise on inquiries to authorities and other administrative difficulties. For more extensive problems, we refer those seeking advice to specialist agencies or offer further advice ourselves.

 

 

Opening hours for brief advice: Every Monday from 15:00-19:00 and every Wednesday 13:30-16:30
